At least 14 people were shot, including a 3-year-old and two other minors, in a drive-by shooting Monday night during a vigil in East Garfield Park on the West Side, police said.
The other minors were an 11-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy, according to police.
A group was standing on the corner of South California Avenue and West Polk Street for the vigil at about 9:20 p.m. when two people from inside a dark SUV began shooting. The vehicle fled south.
Police found four t types of shell casings at the scene, including rifle shell casings, according to a police report. A POD camera captured a black 2012 Audi drive southbound on California with at least two people firing weapons at the crowd, the report said.
