Earlier this year, Jeff Younger, a North Texas dad was sounding the alarm on social media and his blog about his bitter public custody battle over 7-year-old twins with his estranged wife, a pediatrician. The dispute focused on the social gender transition of one twin, who was assigned male at birth but lived as a girl at the mother’s house.
Jeff Younger said that he filed an emergency stay with the Texas Supreme Court on Dec. 16 to stop his ex-wife from moving James and his twin brother Jude out of Texas, which considers transitioning minors to the opposite sex through chemical or surgical means to be child abuse in most cases.
His ex-wife, however, already has moved with the twins to Los Angeles County.
Younger asked the Texas Supreme Court to rule by Dec. 30. He believes time is running out for James because Commie California Senate Bill 107, a so-called transgender sanctuary law, goes into effect on Jan. 1, which could mean the end of protection for James under Texas law.
JEFF YOUNG: "My ex-wife started transitioning my son at the age of two...She started because...he asked for a girls toy at Mcdonald's"
