A video from 2022 has gone viral again on X showing the disgusting brutality of this head-stomping incident at a gas station in Niagra Falls.
Two people were charged following the brutal assault caught on video outside of the Raymart on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls.
Officers were dispatched to the Raymart located at 925 Pine Avenue on July 27, following multiple reports of a fight.
Police said the assault unfolded at around 10:15pm that night.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 34-year-old man laying on the ground near some gas pumps. Police said the man was “motionless and unresponsive.”
The victim was transported to ECMC where he was listed in stable condition with multiple facial fractures.
Police arrested and charged 22-year-old Eddie Thomas, of Niagara Falls, with second-degree assault for his role in the attack.
A second suspect, later identified as 37-year-old Quennel Jordan, was arrested the next morning after he allegedly fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Jordan was charged with one count of assault in the second degree and also faces several other charges in connection with other incidents.
Police said Jordan hit a 62-year-old in the head with a baseball bat on July 19, who suffered serious injuries and remains hospitalized.
