Around 8:00 am this Thursday, March 7, Arce Arredondo, head of the Internal Control Office of the Anserma Mayor's Office, was preparing to leave his house for work and in the company of his granddaughter.
At that moment, Arce Arredondo was approached by individuals who arrived in a white truck, the same one they used to flee the scene. After a struggle, in what appeared to be a robbery, they decided to shoot him on the platform in front of his house and in the presence of the little girl.
