Chicago DA, Kim Foxx Puts Fourth New Policy Where If Cops Find Illegal Firearms, Drugs Or Stolen Property In Your Car, They Won't Charge You

Soros-funded lunatic, District Attorney Kim Foxx of Chicago has proposed a new draft policy to decrease prosecutions resulting from findings during traffic stops significantly.

According to this proposal, if illegal firearms, drugs, or stolen property are found during a search of a vehicle, prosecutors would not pursue charges.

Foxx argues that these charges disproportionately affect black people.

However, there is an exception to this policy: if the stop directly resulted from a public safety incident, it would be considered.

Routine traffic violations such as registration issues, headlights, or signal lights would not be considered a public safety threat and would not be pursued under this policy.

I have no words left for how stupid these policies are. They complain about crime, then go and do everything in their power to subvert the very claims they made.

Recently, the mayor canceled ShotSpotter which was the technology they used to detect and pinpoint where shots came from, but according to the mayor, this was racist so he opted not to renew the technology.

Now, the DA who already didn’t prosecute any crimes is now putting forth new policy changes that’d prevent her from having to prosecute the even more serious crimes.
