A clip circulating from January 29, 2026, shows a 16-year-old Papa John’s employee named Gracie defending herself during a chaotic five-minute altercation inside the restaurant. What starts as a heated argument quickly turns physical when three other girls confront her. What they probably did not expect is that Gracie trains in MMA and was very much prepared for what came next.
The footage shows Gracie calmly but decisively taking control of the situation as soon as it turns physical. While outnumbered, she uses grappling and striking techniques that look straight out of a gym, not a pizza shop. By the end of the altercation, all three attackers are subdued, and the alleged instigator reportedly suffered a broken orbital bone.
