There are some arguments you expect to see inside Home Depot.
People debating paint colors. A guy trying to return a power tool he clearly used to destroy his bathroom. Someone wandering the aisles for 40 minutes looking for one specific screw.
What you probably don’t expect is a full-on confrontation over a dog pooping on the floor while the entire thing is narrated by a man who sounds exactly like Seth Rogen.
And I mean exactly.
Not “kind of similar.” Not “same vibe.” This dude talking behind the phone camera is a legitimate Seth Rogen voice doppelgänger. The laugh, the tone, the cadence, the slightly confused commentary, it’s all there. Close your eyes and you’d swear Seth Rogen just wandered into Home Depot to investigate a poop scandal in aisle nine.
Anyway, the actual drama starts when the guy recording notices another customer’s dog has apparently taken a dump on the floor.
And according to the video, the owner is just… standing there like nothing happened.
Naturally, Seth Rogen’s long-lost vocal twin decides he’s not letting that slide. He calls the guy out and asks if he’s seriously going to leave the mess there.
Instead of grabbing a paper towel and solving the easiest problem in the world, the dog owner decides the better move is to start arguing about it.
During the exchange, the owner claims the dog, a pitbull, is a service animal.
Now here’s where things get interesting.
According to Home Depot’s official policy, the store does allow trained service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but that doesn’t mean people can just bring any pet inside and call it a day. Service animals are required to be trained, under control, and housebroken.
Which means if your “service animal” is leaving landmines in the middle of a hardware store and you’re refusing to clean them up, you’re already failing the test.
Under those standards, not cleaning up after the dog could absolutely justify being asked to leave the store.
But instead of grabbing a bag and taking responsibility, the guy keeps arguing while Seth Rogen’s audio twin continues documenting the entire thing like it’s a nature documentary.
At one point the argument basically turns into a debate over the world’s most obvious rule:
If your dog poops somewhere… you clean it up.
It’s not complicated. It’s the same rule that exists literally everywhere on Earth where dogs are allowed.
But thanks to the internet, we now have a viral video of two grown men arguing about it inside Home Depot while a guy who sounds exactly like Seth Rogen narrates the entire thing like he accidentally walked onto the set of a hardware store reality show.
And honestly, that might be the funniest part of the whole situation.
Because the internet has officially decided that the real star of the clip isn’t the dog, the argument, or the service animal debate.
It’s Seth Rogen’s voice doppelgänger, who just wanted to buy some tools and instead ended up covering the biggest poop controversy in Home Depot history.
