Every once in a while, the internet delivers a story that makes you stop, reread it, and then just sit there wondering if we’ve officially reached a new level of “do whatever makes you happy.”
Enter Toxii Daniëlle, also known as Toxii Bodymod, a Belgian model and artist who has taken self-expression to a place most people didn’t even know existed.
During a now-viral interview at the Deauville Tattoo Festival 2023, Toxii casually explained that she had her nose surgically removed. Not reconstructed, not altered, removed. And if that wasn’t enough, she also revealed she keeps the preserved nose in a jar.
Yes, in a jar.
According to her, the procedure wasn’t about shock value, it was about artistic evolution. In her view, body modification is just the next step beyond things like tattoos or even physical fitness, a way to continuously reshape identity and push personal boundaries.
And to be fair, she’s fully committed to the bit.
Since starting her transformation journey around 2023, things have escalated quickly. By 2025, she had gone all in, full-body black ink coverage, facial implants, a split tongue, scarification, the whole package. Basically if there’s a way to modify the human body, she’s at least considered it.
Naturally, the reactions have been exactly what you’d expect. A mix of fascination, confusion, and a lot of people doing double takes. She admits the lifestyle comes with its downsides, including constant stares and even travel complications, which honestly checks out when you’ve removed a central facial feature.
But here’s the wild part, she says she has zero regrets.
