In a raw and explosive video making the rounds on social media, popular Instagram and OnlyFans model TheRealmskay, also known as Kay Simone, has gone public with shocking claims of domestic abuse, complete with home security camera evidence.
The 164-second clip, shared widely after her own posts, shows tense February 2026 footage from inside her home. A man wearing a bright yellow puffer jacket and a black beanie stands in the kitchen, gesturing angrily near the counter as he argues with someone off-camera. He moves around the cluttered space, complete with bananas on the island, a sink full of dishes, and a dog in the foreground, while a woman is visible in the background.
Intercut with the security video are emotional clips of a tearful Kay Simone speaking directly to the camera from inside her car. With dramatic makeup and a patterned top, she addresses her followers about the incident.“This wasn’t the first time he charged at me,” she states in the accompanying caption. “The first time he choked me until I almost couldn’t breathe. And I should’ve left then but… God knows I learned my lesson.”
In the footage, raised voices escalate quickly. The man can be heard shouting phrases like “Do it because you know y’all and that ain’t my problem,” while the woman pleads, “Please y’all, please… I’m sorry, I’m sorry, please.” He appears to lunge or move aggressively as she cries out for him to let her go.
Kay Simone fires back in her car confessional, calling her ex a “narcissist,” “manipulator,” and “controller.”
