A raging customer at a Dunkin’ drive-thru lost her cool over a refund and ended up with a face full of iced coffee for her trouble.
She ordered a refund. Got a facial instead.
The video shows the woman at the service window, clearly furious. She’s heard yelling “I want my money back!” and complaining she didn’t get her coffee. A man in the car, apparently her boyfriend or passenger, can be heard trying to de-escalate, even challenging her mid-insult with a “Say it.”
Things escalate fast. The customer lunges toward the window, screaming and demanding her cash back. That’s when the employee has had enough.
One well-aimed toss later, an iced coffee cup connects squarely with her face. The cold drink explodes across her, sending liquid flying. The woman lets out a piercing, banshee-style scream and recoils in shock.
Coffee is seen splattered everywhere, including on the pavement. As she retreats, a flip-flop is left behind on the ground.
“The customer isn’t always right!” the poster quipped, drawing thousands of views and plenty of laughs in the replies.
