Retired UFC legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was caught on camera in a tense, in-your-face confrontation with a teenage boy inside a retail store, and the kid refused to back down.
The shocking clip, which exploded across social media after being posted Friday night, shows the 47-year-old former champion aggressively closing the distance on the much smaller teen, getting right in his face while gesturing and appearing to unleash a verbal barrage.
The youngster, sporting a buzz cut and black hoodie, stood his ground without flinching. He maintained eye contact and responded calmly as Jackson loomed over him in the store, surrounded by a group of other teens.
“Rampage Jackson picked on a kid who wasn’t backing down,” read the caption on the video shared by Fightflix, which quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views.
The exact trigger for the confrontation is unclear from the video, but Jackson appeared agitated throughout the exchange in what appears to be a clothing or athletic retail store.
This isn’t the first time the colorful ex-champ has found himself at the center of controversy. His son Raja made headlines last year after a wild, off-script attack on a wrestler at an independent show in California.
Jackson, known for his wild personality and trash-talking during his Pride FC and UFC days, has long cultivated an image as an unpredictable character. But the latest clip has many fans questioning whether the retired brawler needs to dial it back.
