A black bear turned a peaceful day on the links into a comedy of errors after it brazenly swiped a set of golf clubs from a cart and made a run for it.
Shocking video captured the furry felon wandering onto a golf course, where it zeroed in on an unattended golf cart like it had a tee time. The bold bruin rummaged around, then yanked out a full bag of clubs and hightailed it across the green.
In the 57-second clip, the bear is seen climbing near the cart, sniffing around the gear, and then snatching the prized sticks. It bolts across the fairway with the bag dangling from its mouth, disappearing toward a wooded area as stunned onlookers watch, one guy filming the whole chaotic scene on his phone.
The hilarious heist, shared Wednesday by Breaking911, has already racked up millions of views as golf fans and animal lovers howl with laughter."Black bears are less than 13% of the animal population on golf courses but account for over 50% of the crime," one X user quipped in the replies, capturing the internet's playful mood.
