The nearly five-minute shaky cell phone footage depicts the chaotic scene inside a modern, upscale-looking establishment featuring white brick walls, marble countertops, a glass display case filled with pastries and food items, and an espresso station.
In the video, a male customer wearing a colorful patterned shirt and shorts is seen standing at the counter, pointing and gesturing toward the back area. A woman in a black dress stands nearby watching the unfolding drama. Other patrons are visible in the background.
The situation rapidly escalates. The counter becomes littered with spilled drinks, including a coffee cup and a small jar of liquid, along with scattered papers and debris. The employee, a Latina woman with dark hair pulled back in a bun secured by a white tie, wearing a light-colored shirt under a black apron, is filmed behind the counter swinging her arms aggressively, throwing and swiping items in a fit of rage.
