A mouthy little menace who doesn’t look a day over 13 is the latest “nuisance streamer” terrorizing retail stores, caught on camera seething and thrashing after getting collared for causing chaos inside a Baltimore Walmart.
In the nearly three-minute clip circulating wildly on TikTok and X Saturday, the light-brown-haired boy in a plain white T-shirt and black Nike shorts is seen being physically restrained by a store worker and a police officer in the baby aisle, surrounded by diapers, car seats and strollers, after he allegedly slammed into the woman filming him.
The original video shows the boy struggling and yelling with his mouth wide open as a Black man in a black polo shirt (white earbuds in) and a uniformed officer in a “POLICE” vest hold him tightly by the arms. Shoppers gawk and film on their phones while the kid continues to resist.
Text overlaid on the video makes clear this wasn’t a one-off tantrum: “He went viral last week at Dollar Tree doing this and I recognized him. These kids in Baltimore need guidance.”The clip then cuts to a bystander holding up a phone playing what appears to be the earlier Dollar Tree incident, showing a similar confrontation involving a man in a green shirt near a trash can.
Other frames capture the chaotic aftermath: the boy being marched through the store past racks of baby clothes and packaged car seats, still under the firm grip of the black-shirted man, while a woman in a black puffer jacket and a guy in a blue T-shirt mill about in the background.
The episode fits a growing pattern of young kids, some barely out of elementary school, turning public stores into their personal content factories, ramming into people, causing scenes and raging when adults finally intervene. In this case, the Baltimore boy’s repeat performance (Dollar Tree one week, Walmart the next) suggests the cameras are rolling long before the consequences arrive.
No names have been released, and neither Walmart nor Baltimore police have publicly commented on the incident as of Saturday afternoon. But the video leaves little doubt: the era of the middle-school menace is here, and parents, store security and cops are running out of patience.
