Woman Claims She Can Make Trees Listen To Her And Touch Her At Will, The Internet Calls BS

A woman is going viral for standing next to a row of trees and treating the branches like they just walked into a group chat. In the clip, she tells the leaves to come toward her, back up, and touch her hand. Then she looks at the camera like she just solved climate change.

The setup is simple. She’s on a mulch path next to a metal railing. The trees are hanging over. She puts both hands out and starts talking to the foliage like it owes her rent.

“If you can hear me, I want you to come towards me.”
“Touch my hand.”
“Show them that you can hear me.”
“I did not move.”The leaves do move. Of course they do. Leaves move. That is their entire personality.

She treats every little sway like a signed confession. When a branch drifts closer, she thanks the tree. When it drifts back, she tells it to back up again. At one point she says she loves it. The tree does not reply, which is honestly the most respectful part of the video.

This is the kind of content that spreads because nobody can look away. Daily Loud posted it and it immediately did numbers. The comments split into the usual three camps:
“It’s the wind.”
“She’s high.”
“Don’t talk to me until you’ve hugged a tree today.”

The wind crowd is winning, and they’re not even trying that hard. Her shirt is moving. The branches are moving. The whole scene looks like a breezy afternoon with extra narration. If you stand next to any tree long enough and keep asking it to touch your hand, statistics will eventually bail you out.
