INSANE Mid-Air Brawl: Two Men Trade Punches On Packed Biman Bangladesh Flight As Terrified Children And Elderly Look On

Terrifying footage has emerged of two male passengers launching into a full-blown fistfight high above the clouds, sending fellow travellers, including young children and elderly passengers, into a panic on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight.

The chaotic clip, which has exploded across social media, shows the pair grappling and throwing punches in the narrow cabin aisle as cabin crew and other passengers desperately try to pull them apart.

One of the men appears to have his black T-shirt ripped during the scuffle. The other is seen being restrained amid shouts and commotion while passengers look on in horror from their seats.

The incident occurred on a Biman flight operating the Sylhet–London route, according to the airline. Biman’s public relations manager Mohiuddin Ahmed confirmed the altercation took place after the aircraft departed Sylhet this morning (or yesterday, according to some reports) bound for London.

“At some point during the flight, two passengers got into a physical altercation. The cabin crew later intervened and resolved the situation between them,” Ahmed said.

Some social media posts and international accounts initially described the flight as travelling from London to Bangladesh, highlighting conflicting early reports about the exact direction of travel.

What sparked the row remains unclear. In the video, the two men can be seen arguing heatedly before the confrontation turns physical. Nearby passengers, many of them women wearing hijabs, can be seen standing or watching as crew members in uniform and other travellers rush in to separate the pair.

The scene has drawn widespread condemnation online, with viewers calling the behaviour a disgrace and questioning how such violence could erupt in the confined space of an aircraft with families on board.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has not released the identities of the two men involved or details of any further action taken after the flight landed. The airline said the situation was brought under control by crew and fellow passengers.

The viral video has once again shone a spotlight on passenger behaviour on long-haul flights, particularly on routes popular with the Bangladeshi diaspora travelling between the UK and Bangladesh.
