Genesee County sheriff's deputies are accused of using excessive force against a DUI suspect. While in a holding cell, Fernando Davis states that he was severely beaten for no apparent reason. After he was released, which was several hours after the beating, his wife took him to the ER, where doctors found swelling in his head, bruised ribs and torn/pulled muscles. The CCTV footage was just released as part of an ongoing lawsuit against Genesee County. Fernando Davis' attorney says the CCTV Footage shows that he was compliant, but was beaten anyway.
