A motorist has filmed the moment a car slammed into the back of his vehicle while travelling on a busy highway - and there are claims the other driver was on the phone at the time.
In dash cam footage provided by the driver of the ute, a white Hyundai can be seen completely failing to brake before colliding with the back of the car while travelling along Miles Platting Road in Queensland.
The dash cam owner appears to be driving at 75km/h before coming to a stop as the white car slams into the back, lifting it off the road.
Shocked Facebook users commenting on the video claim the Hyundai driver was on the phone and observed that he pulled headphones out of his ears after the crash.
