From the man filming:
"Sorry for the random cuts. I dropped my phone a few times, and also panicked which resulted in me squeezing my phone, or at least, I think that's what happened.
I wanted to pay my respects to one of my most respected idols in human history, who is MLK, so I went to the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade. I seriously didn't do anything wrong, the parade was over, so I was leaving.
I was walking away from the Martin Luther King Day Parade, and some black lady tries to sell me drugs, which I dismiss by saying, "No thank you." I get back on my phone, which must have freaked the woman out because she immediately said, "I'll set yo ess on fire, Chinc ess mutha fuka." Then she continued to state, "git yo ess ova here chinc," over and over, so I said, "No you come over here," which was me trying to get her to come out to a place where there are cameras filming her.
Then she ran up to hit me, so I immediately tried filming her, and it basically went on from there. I sort of lost it, and began screaming at her. I dropped my phone, and must have accidentally stopped filming in my state of panic. Also, the end explanation is so brief because I was so freaked out that I could hardly form words, and the entire conversation was just gibberish. I actually edited in the only part of the conversation that made sense.
Anyways, basically I got assaulted on MLK day and at the Martin Luther King Parade. No one has ever threatened to set me on fire before, and I hope it never happens again."
