A group of BLM troublemakers blocked several major roads and even the highway in Tacoma today in reference to Manuel Ellis, a Tacoma man who died while being restrained by Tacoma police in March.
Agitators blocked southbound Interstate 5 at South 38th Street in Tacoma, according to the Washington State Patrol.
At about 5:30 p.m. they began moving down South Pine Street toward South 38th Street. They began to block traffic at that time.
Tacoma police spokeswoman Wendy Haddow said the group moved east on South 38th toward Steele Street. TPD blocked traffic for the group while they were at Steele Street.
This gentleman just wanted to get home from a long day of work but could not. It didn't seem to matter he was black, the mob insisted he leave, but he could not since they wouldn't let him pass.
