These two New York City workers were caught taking photos with high power lenses of Jewish apartments to catch them congregating in apartments.
Indoor gatherings in New York are limited to 10 people max and masks must be worn at all times.
This comes only a month after Mayor Bill de Blasio admitted he and his administration should have done a better job of communicating the dangers of the coronavirus to the city’s Orthodox Jewish communities.
de Blasio is caught heat for singling out the Jewish community in a tweet about people who are not following the city's social distancing rules earlier this year.
"My message to the Jewish community, and all communities, is this simple: the time for warnings has passed," he wrote on Tuesday evening. "I have instructed the NYPD to proceed immediately to summons or even arrest those who gather in large groups. This is about stopping this disease and saving lives. Period."
