Married Mother-Of-Three Admits Role In Crazy Fetish Death After Man Was Wrapped ‘Like A Mummy’ While She Poured Glue In His Eyes, Suffocated While She Filmed Online Content
32 days ago
A California mother-of-three has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter after a fetish session allegedly spiraled into a gruesome death while she filmed explicit online content for thousands of dollars.
Michaela Rylaarsdam, 31, admitted responsibility in the death of 56-year-old Michael Dale, who prosecutors say paid her around $11,000 for an extreme “fetish play” encounter that lasted several hours.
Authorities allege the disturbing session involved Dale being tightly wrapped in plastic and tape “like a mummy,” while Rylaarsdam recorded content for her subscription-based adult platform.
Investigators further claim she glued women’s boots onto the victim and poured adhesive into his eyes to keep them shut as part of the roleplay scenario.
When emergency crews arrived at the home, Dale was reportedly found unresponsive with a bag over his head.
According to prosecutors, the session continued for roughly four hours before help was called.
The shocking case has drawn widespread attention online because Rylaarsdam was reportedly a married mother raising three children while operating an adult-content business from home.
Reports also claim her husband was aware of the operation and helped manage parts of the business.
Court documents reportedly showed investigators believed Dale died from suffocation during the extended fetish encounter.
Rylaarsdam ultimately accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter rather than face trial on more serious charges.
She is expected to be sentenced to around four years behind bars.
The case has sparked renewed debate over the risks associated with increasingly extreme online-content trends and the dangerous lengths some creators and customers are willing to go for money and viral attention.
