Two Crypto Clowns Ruined One Of Japan’s Coolest Zoo Attractions For Everybody After Jumping Into A Monkey Enclosure For Attention

Two American men are facing criminal charges in Japan after allegedly trespassing into a monkey enclosure at Ichikawa City Zoo as part of what reports describe as a crypto-related stunt that quickly went viral online.
According to reports, Reid Jahnai Daysun and Neal Jabahri Duan entered the enclosure area where one of the zoo’s most well known monkeys, Punch, is housed, causing a major disruption and forcing the zoo to increase security measures afterward.
Video from the incident spread rapidly online, showing the two men inside the restricted enclosure area while visitors and zoo staff looked on.
Authorities later charged the pair with forcible obstruction of business, a serious offense in Japan tied to interfering with normal operations.
The fallout from the stunt has reportedly affected the zoo experience for future visitors as well. Following the incident, the zoo tightened security around the monkey exhibit and restricted viewing access, meaning guests can no longer get the same close up views they previously enjoyed.
Visitors online expressed frustration that a public attraction used by families and tourists is now more heavily restricted because of what many described as reckless clout chasing behavior.
The incident also reignited criticism of social media stunt culture, particularly involving influencers and crypto personalities seeking viral attention through disruptive or dangerous public behavior.
