Douglasville, Ga. — A 25-year-old high school biology teacher and football staffer has been unmasked as an alleged serial predator who turned her classroom into a den of depravity — banging students in closets, cars, and on a golf course while flooding their phones with X-rated selfies and couple’s shower porn.
Maris Nichols, a former educator at Alexander High School in Douglas County, was hit with a fresh barrage of 11 felony charges Thursday after cops say five more alleged victims came forward, bringing the total to at least six teens she preyed on.
The bust comes just weeks after her initial May arrest for allegedly screwing one 16-year-old student twice, once in a school supply closet during class hours on April 23 and again days later in a black H2 Hummer parked in a neighborhood driveway.
According to stomach-churning arrest warrants, Nichols didn’t stop there. She’s now accused of child molestation, improper sexual contact by a school employee, grooming minors for sex, and tampering with evidence by telling at least one kid to delete their raunchy messages.
Cops say she sent masturbation videos of herself to boys under 16, and even forwarded a steamy shower clip featuring her and her own husband to another underage victim. One female student was allegedly urged to watch “Fifty Shades of Grey” as part of the grooming.
Another alleged romp happened in a truck at a local golf club.
Nichols, who also served as operations manager for the Alexander High Cougars football team, was hit with her original two counts of sexual assault by a person in a position of authority. She posted a $40,000 bond, only to get rearrested and slapped with another $74,000 bond on the new charges.
The Douglas County School District yanked her from the classroom immediately after the first allegations surfaced and has since fired her.
Parents and locals are reeling. “This is every parent’s nightmare,” one resident told FOX5 Atlanta. The school, known for its gleaming performing arts center and football program, now finds itself at the center of a tawdry scandal that has parents yanking kids from classes and demanding answers.
Nichols’ rap sheet now totals 13 felonies involving multiple minors, four of them confirmed Alexander High students. Investigators say the sick pattern spanned months, with explicit texts, videos and secret hookups.
As of now, Nichols remains out on bond. She has not entered a plea, and her attorney could not be reached.
