A no-nonsense McDonald’s employee in Michigan gave a disruptive customer the ultimate reality check — by putting him in a hold and dragging him straight out of the restaurant after the man threatened to assault staff for refusing free food.
Viral video circulating online shows the tense confrontation escalating fast when the customer, identified on TikTok as Mike (@mikestayfive), grew irate after being denied freebies. He can be heard cursing out employees and threatening to beat them up while a manager calmly dialed authorities.
Bro, this n***a’s not trying to get my food bro,” the customer yells in the footage. He then makes a move toward the counter and attempts to barge through an employee-only door.
That’s when a larger worker in a yellow high-visibility vest and company cap bursts through, clamps the man in a hold, and marches him toward the exit while muttering, “Get the f**k out of our store.”
The employee remains ice-cold the entire time, eventually tossing the customer onto the ground outside and warning him not to return. “Don’t come back to our store. Who are you to come behind our counter, yeah?” the worker can be heard saying.
The ejected customer later posted his own split-screen clip of the takedown, overlaying text reading “McDonald’s Employee chokes me out” and “I’m suing frfr.” His caption complained: “he don’t get paid enough to choke me.”Social media users immediately crowned the moment “McChoked & McDragged,” with many praising the employee as a hero for refusing to put up with the abuse.
The incident, which unfolded at a Michigan location and racked up millions of views across TikTok and X, has online commenters calling the worker “Employee of the Month” for standing his ground against a customer who wouldn’t take no for an answer.
No word yet on whether the customer followed through on his lawsuit threats, or if McDonald’s has commented on the staffer’s decisive response.
