The scene, captured on a shaky TikTok that somehow found its way into the algorithm, starts calm enough. Two men at a wooden table. One in a high-vis work shirt, hands folded, the other across from him. Papers everywhere. A pen. The classic “we need to talk” setup that every blue-collar guy dreads.
The form in question is a standard reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing document. Clear as day. One line says the employee has read it and agrees to the test.
