There’s a clip floating around of a woman in an Arizona garage slinging tires like it’s just another Tuesday, and the internet has collectively lost its mind. The overlay says “POV: Just another day in Arizona.” Sure it is.
She’s standing at the Coats machine in a dirty white tank with an American flag across the chest, black pants, work gloves, and platform boots that have no business being anywhere near a tire changer. Long brown hair, focused face, grease on the shirt. She grabs a massive all-terrain tire, works the bead with the iron like she’s done it a thousand times, and never once looks like she’s struggling. The shop around her is stacked floor-to-ceiling with rubber. Classic desert garage energy: hot, dusty, loud, and now very, very popular.
The joke writing itself is that after the clip started circulating, tire sales at the place supposedly spiked 5,000 percent. Experts and scientists were baffled, according to the guy who posted it.
No, they weren’t. Every man who saw it immediately remembered his tires were a little low, his alignment felt off, and maybe it was time to get that rotation he’s been putting off since 2023.
Suddenly, the waiting room is packed with guys who “just happened to be in the area.”
Is the shop going to start charging extra for “the view”? Probably not. Are they going to sell a record number of tires this month? Almost certainly. That’s the American economy working exactly as designed. A girl does her job well, looks good doing it, and half the state suddenly develops a mysterious vibration in the steering wheel.
