Gone are the days of laptop DJs pressing play — this incredible grandmother built every hypnotic beat, bassline and atmospheric layer in real time using a staggering 188 hardware modules, with no pre-recorded sequences or digital tricks. Her raw, Detroit-inspired minimal techno had festival-goers mesmerised as she patched and twisted knobs on her massive analogue rig.
