A woman was left stunned after discovering that a rare “luxury” cat worth as much as $100,000 had casually wandered into her home, and appeared to have no intention of leaving.
The viral clip, shared on TikTok, shows the moment the woman realizes an enormous exotic-looking feline has slipped inside her house after she accidentally left the door open.
Instead of acting like a stray or appearing frightened, the cat calmly strolls through the home before settling in like it owns the place.
The unexpected visitor is believed to be an Ashera cat, an extremely rare hybrid feline created from a mix of an African serval and domestic cat breeds.
These striking animals are famous for their wild appearance, towering size, and eye watering price tags.
In the video, the woman can be heard nervously reacting as the giant spotted cat lounges around her home, clearly unfazed by the chaos.
At one point, she attempts to coax the animal toward the door, but the feline appears perfectly content relaxing indoors.
“I don’t know whose cat this is,” she says in disbelief while filming the enormous animal.
The breed was famously marketed by the company Lifestyle Pets as one of the most exclusive companion animals in the world.
According to the company, Ashera cats can grow to around 40 pounds, making them dramatically larger than typical domestic cats.
They are also advertised as hypoallergenic and possessing dog-like loyalty, a claim that helped fuel their popularity among wealthy pet owners seeking something truly unusual.
Prices for the exotic pets reportedly range from around $22,000 to as much as $125,000, depending on pedigree and rarity.
With their leopard-like spots, long legs and confident personalities, the cats often resemble miniature wild predators more than traditional house pets.
Viewers online were stunned by the video, with many joking that if a six figure cat walked into their house, they would simply accept their new roommate.
