Gruesome new details have emerged in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, as singer D4vd pleads not guilty to slaughtering her to 'silence' claims of sexual abuse
In a case that has shocked America and left the music world reeling, chilling new details from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office have laid bare the brutal reality of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez's final moments.
The teenager's dismembered remains were discovered decomposing in the front trunk of a Tesla registered to chart-topping singer D4vd - real name David Burke after sitting there for more than four months.
Now, the official autopsy has exposed the full horror of her death in graphic detail.
Celeste died from 'multiple penetrating injuries' caused by sharp objects, the medical examiner ruled. She suffered two deep stab wounds to her torso, bilateral dismemberment of both her upper and lower limbs, multiple skin defects across her body, two fingers missing, and her left eye was completely absent.
Tragically, alcohol was found in her system, but officials confirmed it played no role in her death.
The findings, released on Wednesday, have reignited outrage over the 'unspeakable' killing of the innocent schoolgirl, who vanished nearly a year before her body was found in a Hollywood tow yard on September 8, 2025.Burke, 21, the rising rapper and singer behind hits including the Fortnite anthem, was arrested earlier this month and charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances, including murdering a witness, killing for financial gain and lying in wait. He also faces counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains.
Prosecutors allege the musician killed Celeste after she threatened to expose his alleged sexual abuse and 'devastate his musical career' by going to the authorities.
The teen had reportedly been under investigation linked to Burke at the time of her death.
On Monday, Burke appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to all charges. He is being held without bail as the case heads to trial.
