Bentley Dealership Employee Casually Sets a Six-Figure SUV on Fire After Spray Painting A Dollar Sign Onto It to Show Off Paint Protection Film

There are rich people activities, and then there’s whatever is happening at this Bentley dealership in Jacksonville. A viral video making the rounds online shows a saleswoman standing in front of a pristine white Bentley Bentayga, which for most normal people, is already stressful enough because touching one of those things probably costs more than a monthly rent payment. But instead of carefully detailing the SUV like it’s museum art, she decides to turn the hood into a live-action science experiment.
The demonstration starts with her spray painting a giant dollar sign directly onto the front of the Bentley. At that point, most viewers are already mentally calculating how many years of salary they’d owe if they accidentally did that at a dealership. Then somehow, the situation escalates even further when she lights the hood on fire. Actual flames are burning on the front of a six-figure luxury SUV while everyone watches, as if this were some completely reasonable sales tactic.
Naturally, the immediate reaction from anyone watching is that there’s absolutely no chance this ends well. But somehow, after letting the fire burn briefly, the saleswoman calmly wipes the spray paint and residue off the hood with what looks like almost no effort. No damage, no scorch marks, no ruined paint job. The Bentayga somehow looks untouched afterward.
The entire stunt was designed to showcase paint protection film (PPF), a transparent thermoplastic polyurethane layer applied over a vehicle’s paint. The material is apparently resistant to spray paint sticking to the surface and can absorb short bursts of heat without damaging the factory finish underneath. Which sounds incredibly technical and impressive, but from the average person’s perspective, it mostly just looked like someone performed witchcraft on a Bentley.
