Even If You Hate Sports, You'll Have To Admit, This Is IN-SANE!

If you think soccer tricks are impressive, think again, because what you’re about to see in this video from Thailand will blow your mind.
The clip features player Noom Yaso performing an absolutely INSANE backward somersault kick over a teammate just to spike a rattan ball with his foot. Yes, with his foot. No hands allowed. One second it’s casually bouncing around, the next it’s airborne acrobatics worthy of a Cirque du Soleil audition.
For anyone who hasn’t seen Sepak Takraw before, the sport is basically volleyball, but on steroids. Originating in Southeast Asia, possibly from ancient Chinese Cuju games, Sepak Takraw was formalized in 1945 with volleyball-style rules. Teams of three battle it out on a netted court, trying to score by getting a ball on the opponent’s side—without ever touching it with their hands.
It’s Malaysia’s national sport, and after watching this clip, it’s not hard to see why. The combination of foot-only control, split-second timing, and jaw-dropping acrobatics makes literally every other ball sport look like child’s play.
Noom Yaso’s move isn’t just flashy—it’s the kind of thing that makes you immediately question everything you thought you could do with your own legs. Watching him flip over a teammate mid-air and spike the ball is equal parts terrifying and exhilarating, and it’s no wonder the clip is going viral.
So next time you think your soccer bicycle kick was cool, remember: somewhere in Thailand, a guy is doing backflips over his teammates and spiking balls like it’s nothing, and we’re all just sitting here trying not to pull a hamstring tying our shoes.
